Cucumber sushi with naturally coloured seaweed salad
Just hollow out the center of a cucumber and stuff rice, red & yellow peppers, carrots, red cabbage and Naturally Colored Seaweed Salad!

Ingredients:
Seaweed salad delight | |
Cooked rice | |
Red bell pepper | |
Yellow bell peppr | |
Large cucumber | |
Carrots | |
Red cabbage |
Cooking instruction:
1. Cut the edge of the cucumber. Cut the cucumber 1 inch length. Using the round shaped cookie cutter, remove the seeds part of the cucumber.
2. Stuff all the vegetables cut into pieces.
