Stay Warm with Poutine

*~Winter is here~*

Time to stay warm and cuddle with your loves ones.
Why not try some warm Poutine?

Poutine is a Canadian comfort food:
fried potatoes covered in gravy, topped with cheese curds.
Originally invented in Quebec in the late 1950s, this dish is a staple
at any Canadian restaurant. The key to a good poutine is lots of sauce,
and big BIG portions!

We put our own Japanese twist on this beloved dish!

MENTAI MAYO POUTINE
AzumaFoods Mentai Paste - 50g
Mayonnaise - 100g
Vinegar - To taste (for those who love tangy flavours)
OR Maple Syrup - To taste (for the sweet-toothed)
Fried potatoes (we recommend straight cut thick fries, no salt, deep fried until crispy)

Mentai (Spicy Cod Roe Paste) is a very popular sauce in Japan,
from Onigiri Rice balls to Pasta, to Snacks.

Enjoy!
