Salmon Poke Bowl
Poke bowls are easy to make and have endless varieties! Try Salmon with simple Salt Dressing for a refreshing treat.
Adjust quantity to your preference
|"Seaweed Salad"||3 Tbsp|
|Steamed Rice||1 Cup|
|Sashimi-grade Salmon cubes||100 g|
|[Poke Sauce - Salt]|
|Salt||A few pinches|
|Sesame Oil||1 Tbsp|
|Sesame Seed||1 Tsp|
|Tomato||3 Tbsp (diced)|
|Cucumber||3 Tbsp (diced)|
|Yellow Bell Pepper||3 Tbsp (diced)|
1. Prepare Poke Sauce by mixing all ingredients.
2. Prepare Toppings of diced cut Vegetables. Cut raw Salmon into cubes and mix into Poke Sauce.
3. Plate Steamed Rice in a bowl, add Toppings, and garnish to serve.
