"Calamari Salad" | 400 g |
Salad Greens | 300 g |

[Crepe Batter] | |
Flour | 80 g |
Egg | 1 |
Milk | 200 ml |
Sugar | 2 Tbsp |
Butter | 1 Tbsp |

Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare Crepe Batter by mixing all ingredients until smooth.
2. Melt Butter in pre-heated pan.
3. Pour in 1 ladle scoop of Crepe Batter, and quickly spread the Batter into a thin sheet. Flip over to cook both sides.
4. Roll "Calamari Salad" and Salad Greens into a cone.
