|"Fukahire Kurage"||100 g|
|Soy Sauce||(to taste)|
1. Cut Tofu in 1/2, and cut Cucumber into strips.
2. Place Tofu on plate, and top it with Cucumber and “Fukahire Kurage”.
3. Drizzle Soy Sauce to taste.
