In Japan, "Hiyashi Chuka"- Chilled Chinese noodle is a popular dish for lunch during the summertime. This time we wrote the recipe for this dish with our Fukahire Kurage. Try out today!

Ingredients:
Cooked noodle (cold) | |

For Sauce: | |

Soy sauce | 25cc |
Rice Vinegar | 30cc |
Water | 35cc |
Sugar | 15g |
Salt | to taste |
Sesame Oil | 5cc |
MSG | (optional) |
Toppings:
Fukahire Kurage | |
Red pickled ginger | |
Cooked and cut Eggs | |
Sliced Ham | |
Sliced cucumber | |
Tomato | (Optional) |
Wakame | (Optional) |
Cooking instruction:
1. Cook noodles following the package instruction. Place in the serving bowl.
2. For the sauce, mix everything and set it aside.
3. Once you finish cutting all the topping ingredients, place them on the top of the noodle with Fukahire Kurage.
