| Sashimi-grade Salmon cubes | 100 g |

| Tomato | 3 Tbsp (diced) |
| Cucumber | 3 Tbsp (diced) |
| Yellow Bell Pepper | 3 Tbsp (diced) |

Toppings:
Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare Poke Sauce by mixing all ingredients.
2. Prepare Toppings of diced cut Vegetables. Cut raw Salmon into cubes and mix into Poke Sauce.
3. Plate Steamed Rice in a bowl, add Toppings, and garnish to serve.
