Ingredients:
"Iidako Karaage" (Fried Baby Octopus) | 5~6 Pieces |
Egg Noodle | 150 g |
Canola Oil | (for deep frying) |

[Stir Fry] | |
Green Onion | 50 g |
Bean Sprouts | 100 g |
Sesame Oil | 2 Tbsp |
Seafood Broth (liquid) | 2 Tbsp |
Soy Sauce or Salt | (to taste) |
Potato Starch | 2 Tbsp |

Cooking instruction:
1. Deep Fry "Iidako Karaage" & Egg Noodles in Oil, following package instructions.
2. Stir Fry Vegetables in Sesame Oil.
3. Dissolve Potato Starch into Seafood Broth, and slowly mix into Stir Fry. Add Soy Sauce or Salt to taste.
4. Plate Fried Noodles, Stir Fry, and Iidako Karaage in layers immediately before serving!
