Toast Skagen (Shrimp Toast)
Named after a fishing port at the northern tip of Denmark, toast Skagen is a delightful treat to enjoy plump shrimp!

| Butter | 2 tbsp |

| [ Skagenröra (Skagen mix) ] | |
| Shrimp | 300 g (cooked) |
| Red Onion | 1/4 (minced) |
| Lemon Zest | 1 Tsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1 Tbsp |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tbsp |
| Sour Cream (or Cream Cheese) | 2 Tbsp |
| Dill, fresh | 1 Tsp |
| Black Pepper | (to taste) |
| Salt | (to taste) |

Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare Skagenröra (Skagen mix) by:
- Finely chopping Dill and Red Onion.
- Mix all other ingredients (cooked Shrimp, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Salt & Pepper).
2. Prepare base by toasting the Bread with Butter.
3. Plate Skagenröra (Skagen mix) on Toast. Garnish with "Tobikko Red" Caviar.
