Veggie Meat Salad Roll
Salad Roll (aka Fresh Spring Rolls, or more authentically called Gỏi cuốn) is a refreshingly light Vietnamese dish. Soft Rice Paper is filled with fresh salad vegetables and protein. For Vegetarian version, add Teriyaki Soy Slices and you can skip the dipping sauce!

										Ingredients:
											| "Veggie Meat Teriyaki" | 200 g | 
| Rice Paper | 4 Pieces | 
| Salad Greens | 3 Leaves (large) | 
| Cucumber | 1/2 (Julienne) | 
| Carrot | 1/2 (Julienne) | 
Toppings:
											Cooking instruction:
											1. Prepare Rice Paper by following package instructions (for hydration).
2. Place all ingredients, including "Veggie Meat Teriyaki" on Rice Paper & roll.
- Note: Moist Rice Paper is sticky. Keep the rolls separate from each other, or coat the surface with small amount of Oil.
