"Veggie Minced Meat" | 500 g |
Canned Diced Tomato | 4 Tbsp |
Salt | 1/2 Tsp |
Cumin, ground | 1/2 Tsp |
Oregano | 1/4 Tsp |
Garlic Powder | 1/4 Tsp |
Black Pepper | 1/4 Tsp |
Chili Powder | (to taste) |
Canola Oil | 3 Tbsp |
Taco Shells | 4 Pieces |
Toppings:
Cilantro | |
Pico de gallo (Tomato, Onion & Jalapeno) | |

Hot Sauce |
Cooking instruction:
1. Heat Canola Oil in a frying pan on medium heat, and cook "Veggie Minced Meat" with all the ingredients and spices until liquid is absorbed.
2. Prepare Vegetable Toppings.
3. Assemble the Tacos!
