Yasai Itame Stir-Fry with Veggie Meat
Add some protein to your Yasai Itame (a.k.a. Vegetable Stir Fry) with Veggie Meat Teriyaki! Traditionally served with Steamed Rice, Yasai Itame is a popular choice for Bento Box. This recipe uses extra Black Pepper for a spicy kick!

Ingredients:
"Veggie Meat Teriyaki" | 200 g |
Carrots | 1/2 |
Cabbage or Napa Cabbage | 1/4 |
Bell Pepper | 1/2 |
Bean Sprouts | 50 g |
Sesame oil | 2 Tbsp |
Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce | 1 Tsp |
Soy Sauce | 2 Tsp |
Black Pepper | 1/4 Tsp |
Salt | (to taste) |

Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare all vegetables into Julienne cut.
2. Preheat a wok (or a frying pan) to high. Carefully Add Sesame Oil and all vegetables. Stir fry until vegetables are lightly cooked.
3. Add "Veggie Meat Teriyaki", all Seasonings, and stir fry until everything is evenly mixed.
