Food Production Worker in Production Department
Terms of Employment:
3-Month Contract (February – April 2026)
Wage Range:
$20.50 per hour
Regular Work Hours:
Monday–Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (8-hour shift, 40 hours per week)
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Production Worker job duties include but not limited to:
- Assist with Processing Division tasks, including operating mixers, cooking kettles, bowl cutters, freezers, and other processing equipment
- Clean and sanitize machines, equipment, production areas, and coolers in
accordance with safety and sanitation standards - Assist Packing Division as needed
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety requirements, and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable working around seafood products
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- Physically fit
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work occasional overtime as required
