Edamame Zunda Mochi
This green dessert is for Bean aficionados! Zunda is sweet bean paste made from Edamame Soybeans. Delicately sweet and uniquely fragrant, Zunda Botamochi is one-of-a-kind hand rolled dessert!

Ingredients:

Mochi Rice | 2 Cups |
Sticky Rice | 1 Cup |

[Edamame Zunda Paste] | |
Edamame Soybeans, peeled | 200 g |
Sugar | 4 Tbsp |
Salt | 1/4 Tsp |

Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare Mochi by washing Mochi Rice & Sticky Rice together. Soak in Water for about 30 minutes, and cook in Rice Cooker.
4. Once cooked, carefully mix well to keep Rice Grain pieces intact.
5. Prepare Edamame Zunda Paste by boiling Edamame until tender, and roughly mash them with Salt and Sugar using Spoon or Food Processor.
6. Roll Mochi into a small ball, and Coat with Edamame Zunda Paste.
