Mentai Udon

Ingredients:
"Mentai Paste" | 2 Tbsp |
Udon Noodles | 1 Package |
Roasted Nori Seaweed | (for garnish) |
Sesame Seeds | (for garnish) |
Green Onion | (for garnish) |
fresh Egg Yolk | 1 piece |
Olive Oil | 2 Tbsp |
Toppings:
Cooking instruction:
1. Cook Udon Noodles following package instructions, and place it in a bowl.
2. Mix in Olive Oil to coat Udon Noodles.
3. Add all the toppings except Egg Yolk, in a ring.
4. Carefully drop Egg Yolk in the middle of the ring of toppings.
