Mentai Mashed Potato
Dress up your Mashed Potato with a squeeze of Mentai Paste!

|Black Pepper||(to taste)|
1. Bring water to a boil and boil Potato until the center turns soft.
2. Carefully remove Potato from the pot, peel the skin, and mash it while still hot.
3. Add a pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste.
4. Mix in “Mentai Paste” until colour turns pink.
5. Garnish with Parsley.
