Add some crunch & sparkle to your next Tuna Tartare with Tobikko Black!
|"Tobikko Black"||6 Tbsp|
|Sashimi-grade Tuna cubes||200 g|
1. Prepare a 3-inch high stainless steel mold in the center of serving plate.
2. For Bottom layer, thinly slice avocado and place it inside of the mold. Gently slide them apart with your finger like a fan to from a ring inside mold.
3. For Middle layer, place Tuna cubes, and gently press down to flatten the surface.
4. For Top layer, cover Tuna Cube layer with “Tobikko Black”. Gently slide up the mold to remove.
5. Garnish with Cherry Tomato (sliced in half) and some Sprouts.
