Ajillo -Spanish Sea Urchin & Osushiya Mongo dish
With our Sea urchin paste, you can be a great chef! Select the kinds of seafood of your preference. We use Shrimp & Squid.

Ingredients:
Uni Paste | Tbsp1 |
Olive Oil | 30ml |
Sliced Garlic | 1 |
Osushiya Mongo | 15g |
Shrimp | 5 |
Cherry Tomato | 5 |
Italian Parsley | 1/8 spoon |
Salt & pepper |
Cooking instruction:
1. Pat the shrimp dry and season with kosher salt. Set aside for now.
2. Heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add the garlic. Cook over medium heat for up to 60 seconds or until the garlic gains some colours Be careful not to burn it.
3. Add the shrimp and Osushiya Mongo. Cook briefly, about 3 minutes or so; this will depend on the size of the shrimp. Remove the pan from the heat.
4. Stir in Uni paste and cherry tomato, garnish with Italian parsley. Transfer everything to a serving bowl. Serve with your favourite drinks
