Azuma Sushi Pockets
"Inari Sushi" requires minimal skill to prepare. Sweet and Savoury Fried Beancurd is stuffed with Sushi Rice, and decorated with a variety of toppings.

| Steamed Rice | 2 Cup | 
| Rice Vinegar | 8 Tsp | 
| Sugar | 6 Tsp | 
| Salt | 1 Tsp |

Toppings:
											| "Seaweed Salad" | 1 Tbsp | 
| "Tobikko" | 1 Tsp | 
| "Uni Paste" | 1 Tbsp | 
| "Mentai Paste" | 1 Tbsp | 
| "Edamame" | 1 Tbsp | 
| Sushi Egg | 1 Tbsp | 
| Cooked Shrimp | 1 Tbsp | 
| Seasoned Lotus Root | 1 Tbsp | 
Cooking instruction:
											1. To prepare Sushi Rice, mix Rice Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt in a small bowl, and pour over Steamed Rice. Use a fan to cool down Sushi Rice to room temperature.
2. Gently open "Ajitsuke Inari" into little bags, and stuff with 1/3 portion Sushi Rice.
3. Garnish with your favourite Azuma toppings!
