    Where do you ship your products to?
    For our wholesale customers, we have warehouses in British Columbia and Ontario, as well as a global supply chain in Asia, South America, and Europe.   For our retail customers, some products are available online at www.azumatei.ca for delivery in Greater Toronto Area & Greater Vancouver Area, or please contact us for more details.

    Where can I find Meat products?
    We do not carry Meat products due to our factory licensing. For Meaty protein products, please try our Plant-based product lines!

    What is the difference between Masago and Tobikko?
    Masago and Tobikko are caviars from different fish species.   Masago (direct translation from Japanese meaning “fine/small sand”) is generally eggs from Capelin, which is about 1mm in size. They have a crunchier texture and can be cooked in dishes like Pasta or Fried Rice.   Tobikko (direct translation from Japanese meaning Tobi/flying + Ko/child) is specifically eggs from Flying Fish, which is about 2mm in size. They have a brilliant gem-like appearance, and are recommended for cold garnish.
