Tako Wasa Chazuke
"Chazuke" is a traditional quick meal in Japan, meaning Cha (tea) + Zuke (soak). Often using leftovers, Steamed Rice is soaked in tea or broth, much like porridge. Affectionately known as "Tako Wasa (たこわさ）", Tako Wasabi is the perfect companion for this recipe!
