Shime Saba Egg Roll
Egg Rolls are a popular Asian homemade dish with a variety of stuffing options! Shiso Basil & Cheese is a common combination in Japan. Try it today with Shime Saba for extra protein!

Ingredients:
"Shime Saba" (Vinegar Cured Mackerel) | 1 Fillet |
Egg Roll Wrapper | 10 Pieces |
Shiso Basil Leaves | 10 |
Mozzarella Cheese | 5 Pieces (sliced) |

Cooking instruction:
1. Cut Mozzarella Cheese & "Shime Saba" into strips.
2. On 1 sheet Egg Roll Wrapper, place Shiso Basil leaf, Mozzarella Cheese, & "Shime Saba".
3. Fold over all the edges inside, and tightly roll into a stick. Seal ends with Water. (Be careful not to add moisture inside the roll to prevent hot oil from splashing while deep frying.)
4. Deep Fry until golden brown.
