|Salad greens||About 2 handfuls|
|Soy Sauce||1 Tbsp|
|Yuzu Peel||1/2 Tsp|
|Olive Oil||1 Tbsp|
|Lemon Juice||1 Tbsp|
|Black Pepper||(to taste)|
1. Thinly slice “Shime Saba” (Vinegar cured mackerel).
2. For Dressing, mix Soy Sauce, Yuzu Citrus Peel, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, and Black Pepper.
3. Mix the Dressing & Salad greens.
4. Place thinly-sliced “Shime Saba” in flower petal shape on a plate, and top it with Salad greens.
