Shime Saba Egg Roll
Egg Rolls are a popular Asian homemade dish with a variety of stuffing options! Shiso Basil & Cheese is a common combination in Japan. Try it today with Shime Saba for extra protein!
Adjust quantity to your preference
|"Shime Saba" (Vinegar Cured Mackerel)||1 Fillet|
|Egg Roll Wrapper||10 Pieces|
|Shiso Basil Leaves||10|
|Mozzarella Cheese||5 Pieces (sliced)|
1. Cut Mozzarella Cheese & “Shime Saba” into strips.
2. On 1 sheet Egg Roll Wrapper, place Shiso Basil leaf, Mozzarella Cheese, & “Shime Saba”.
3. Fold over all the edges inside, and tightly roll into a stick. Seal ends with Water. (Be careful not to add moisture inside the roll to prevent hot oil from splashing while deep frying.)
4. Deep Fry until golden brown.
