Tako Wasabi Hiyayakko
Hiyayakko (Cold Tofu) is a perfect dish for hot summer season. Add a little spicy kick with Tako Wasabi!

Ingredients:
Tofu (silk) | 1 Package |
"Tako Wasabi" | 200 g |
Cucumber | 1 (large) |
Soy Sauce | (to taste) |
Toppings:
Cooking instruction:
1. Cut Tofu into 1/4 chunks and shred Cucumber.
2. Plate 1/4 portion Shredded Cucumber on plate, and top it with Tofu and “Tako Wasabi”.
3. Drizzle Soy Sauce to taste.
